OctoFood charges restaurants a 6% platform fee on the full amount collected through Stripe. Domestic online card processing is included, and restaurants see the order math before payout.
A real settlement on a C$48 order
The 6% fee applies to the full amount collected through Stripe because card processing is charged on the full payment amount. Tax and tip are included when they are collected through Stripe.
Rare payment add-ons are passed through at cost: manually entered cards, international cards, currency conversion, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and optional faster payouts.
Domestic online card processing included in the 6% platform fee. CAD-only at launch.

Monthly minimums and fee detail
- C$0.30 Small Order Fee on orders where menu subtotal is under C$15. The Small Order Fee is a merchant settlement line item, not a customer service fee.
- C$9.99 month-end only if an ordering-enabled restaurant is under C$500 monthly GMV. Menu-only restaurants do not pay a monthly fee.
- Free menu hosting is available without ordering commitment, subject to approval, accuracy, content, and fair-use policies.
