Use the lookup link from your receipt, email, or SMS. Guests can track without creating an account.

Watch the restaurant status

The customer app shows accepted, preparing, ready, completed, or cancelled states when the restaurant updates the order.

Bring the pickup PIN

Show the PIN from the app or receipt when you arrive. It helps the restaurant match the right order quickly.
